At Scented Balance, Inc, we strive to please our customers in every way – including with our Return Policy.
Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, Scented Balance, Inc. will only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 10 days. Customer will be responsible for return shipping to Scented Balance, Inc. If the safety seal has been broken, we will not accept any returns for any reason nor will any refund be issued.
Disliking a scent is not a valid reason for return. The scent is described as clearly as possible on each page where there is a scent. The very nature of using the internet to purchase items does not allow for scratch n’ sniff testing, so please understand this policy prior to purchasing if you have any doubts at all.
Custom-made products and blends cannot be returned as they cannot be resold and no refund will be issued.
