Is it just me? Am I the only one feeling anxious these days?
I don’t think so.
There’s so much (!) going on in the world. If it’s not the – ahem – “adventure” we’re living through, it’s the economy, it’s the holiday season and the car needs new tires.
You name it, we’re all feeling anxious about it.
Some days, I just want to stay in bed and pull the covers over my head until it all calms down. But, I/you/we can’t do that.
(Being an entrepreneur has its’ own set of challenges and yes, anxiety is one of them. Fear is another challenge, but that a post for another day.)
Honestly, I don’t think the answer is taking medication – meaning yet ANOTHER pill. A pill that makes you foggy and tired and worse.
I became an aromatherapist because I knew there had to be a better way to get, be and stay healthy besides endless doctor visits and toxic pills. Anxiety is one area where aromatherapy truly shines and can help you without more toxic pills.
